Alex McCollam
Since 2015 Alex has been CMS’s customers’ first line of support.  Prior to joining CMS, Alex spent 14 years in a customer service environment, having worked in a customer-facing capacity since he was 15 years old. He has roughly the same amount of tech support experience.  Alex has extensive, in-depth retail experience, including shipping/receiving, RMA, stock, sales, inventory/warehouse management, pricing controls, and employee training.

Hobbies include spending time with his wife and two young children. They like to play games together, go to the park, the beach, etc. basically anything where they can have fun doing something with their children. In his spare time not spent with family, and not trying to catch up on sleep, Alex plays video games, and is a hobbyist software developer who writes and maintains add-ons for the game World of Warcraft.

 Alexia Blize
Alexia is the Billing Specialist and provides Customer Service at CMS. She has been a Sage user since 2011 and has not only been able to work with the Sage accounting and manufacturing elements, but also has experience with Sage CRM on different levels. Alexia has enjoyed working in the Customer Service field for over 10 years. Alexia’s responsibilities at CMS include providing our customers with timely and accurate invoices for the services and software that has been provided, assisting our customers to stay current on Annual Maintenance Renewals for CMS as well as a variety of third party vendors and providing the initial point of contact for customer support. Alexia has an awesome 13-year-old son named Patrick and she currently is in the process of planning her wedding to a wonderful man, Erik. They all enjoy living in Deep River, CT with their two little dogs who provide endless entertainment and love.  Bob Hill
Bob graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Master’s in Business and a minor in Human Resource Management. He has spent his whole career working in the Northeast building long-term customer relations to a diverse client base. Born and raised in Connecticut he enjoys spending time with friends and family. In his spare time, he is an avid and passionate golfer, enjoying vacationing in Kennebunkport and reading a good book on the beach.  Justin Teague
Justin graduated from the University of Connecticut with two BAs: one in English and the other in Linguistics and Psychology.  While attending school he worked first for the campus IT department, and later for the department that managed online class software. This experience proved invaluable when he joined the CMS team. As the software support manager, Justin addresses outstanding technical issues for customers, as well as creating custom scripts and functionality to tailor the system to the needs of the individual business.  Kelsey Leerkes
Kelsey graduated from Stonehill College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting.  Upon graduation, she worked as a staff accountant and later controller for businesses spanning the professional services and manufacturing industries.  Software applications were always of great interest to her and she had the chance to join the CMS team as the office manager in 2012.  Since then she has moved to project management and now full-time consultant.  She lives outside Saratoga Springs, NY with her husband Bernie and dog Sasha, traveling to clients and the CT office as needed.  Kelsey is a life-long equestrian, and competes throughout the year around the Northeast.  She also enjoys skiing, golf, spending time with friends and family, and trying new recipes.  Kerrie Guarino
Kerrie is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire (Go Wildcats!) where she earned a B.A. in Economics and a J.D. in Law. She has over seventeen years of experience providing professional services to organizations of all sizes. She has been with CMS since 2014, first as a Consultant, now as its Project Manager. Kerrie’s responsibilities at CMS include executing and monitoring projects for CMS and its customers. Her goal every day is to ensure that our customers’ upgrades and implementations are as painless as possible. She is a member of the Project Management Institute and is a certified Sage 100 and Sage BusinessWorks Application Consultant. Kerrie lives in Clinton with her husband Robert, where they spend most of their free time trying to convince their two young children that growing up to be civilized human beings is in their best interest. Kim Fiorelli
Kim is the Business/Office Manager for CMS.  Kim joined the CMS team in 2014 bringing with her over 20 years of experience in accounting, human resources and business management.  Over the past 3 years Kim has been involved in many aspects of the day to day workings of the company including, A/P, A/R, billing, HR, client maintenance renewals, and other general business activities.  Kim is a part-time team member of CMS and spends every afternoon working with her husband Greg at his outboard repair shop in Old Saybrook and raising their 10-year-old daughter Erin.  As a family they enjoy camping, boating and spending time with family.   Kim & Erin love volunteering at local dog rescue & adoption events.  They have a cat named Callie and a dog named Virginia, who is a rescue from one of the events.   Please adopt don’t shop! Lisa Maxwell
Lisa graduated from FIT, located in Manhattan, NY, with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She has extensive experience in the areas of sales, marketing and administration within retail, distribution, import/export and manufacturing channels. She joined CMS in 2002, possessing a proven record in planning, developing, and implementing marketing and sales strategies, including communications, social media, website and public relations activities. She has obtained her inbound marketing certification with Hubspot Academy. Lisa lives on Long Island, where she manages our remote office location. Lisa has two daughters and is involved with their soccer leagues.  She’s an avid music lover and a closet hip hop fan. Marianne Chamberlain, CPA, CMA

Marianne started her career within the construction industry as a staff accountant.  Upon earning her degree, her experience with accounting for construction afforded her the opportunity to work for a public accounting firm where she serviced many companies in a variety of industries.  Her services ranged from basic bookkeeping advice through to financial statements and tax returns.   After approximately 8 years in public accounting, Marianne spent 7 years as controller and CFO of a manufacturing organization.  Today, Marianne is having fun at CMS as their General Manager.

When not at CMS, Marianne can be found teaching Accounting as an adjunct at CCSU and Post University.  Her down time is most enjoyed with her family and friends be it at the beach, by the pool or sharing good food and wine.

Mary Beth Gossart
Mary Beth graduated from Quinnipiac University with a major in Accounting and minor in Computer Information Systems.  Upon graduation, she spent many years in both public accounting and private industry. During this time, she passed all parts of the CPA exam and is a member of the CTCPA. In 2000 after the birth of her second child she took a job with her Sage reseller and has been a Sage consultant ever since. Mary Beth’s newest passion is Pegg the chat bot and her dream is to travel to London to go to “bot school”.  Ask Mary Beth about Pegg and what she can do for you! Mary Beth lives in Durham, CT with her husband Ben, her son Ryan, daughter Kaitlin, dog Yogi and cat Tino.  She is passionate about kids living a healthy lifestyle and dedicates large amounts of time to the Go Far for Children running program. Mary Lu McNulty
Mary Lu graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a BS in Textile Science. Upon graduation, she worked in the retail industry at the store management level and later as a Buyer.   Most recently she worked for a medical device company as a Sales Administrative Assistant. Throughout her career she has provided exceptional customer service, winning #1 in customer satisfaction awards.  She joined CMS in 2017 as Account Manager. She lives in East Haddam, CT with her husband, John and their dog, Cooper. They have 3 grown children. With her husband, she loves to travel, visiting local vineyards, spending time outdoors – whether at the beach, hiking or, after nearly 30 years of canoeing, enjoying their new two-man kayak.
