Job Overview:
Established Essex, CT technology employer seeks a CS Specialist to join our team. We are looking for an honest, dependable self-starter who has strong organizational skills, extraordinary attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. The position includes customer service and Sage 100 support. Must be able to focus and work extremely closely with and coordinate support with third-party vendors, to ensure delivery of support in a timely manner.

- Ability to ensure open tickets are complete and have details of case as      appropriate
- Diligent and successful day-to-day interaction with Customers,
   Vendors and Team Members
- Ability to take ownership of open tickets and apply team approach to           problem resolution as needed
- Background in or understanding of business process important

Successful Candidate Must:
- Initiate, track and complete life cycle of tickets within our internal ticket       system
- Complete ticket in a timely manner
- Track ticket resolution progress
- Ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing from closed tickets
- Understanding between support contract tickets and billable tickets
- Coordinate support beyond the scope of phone support
- Follow Best Practices as outlined by Management

Successful Candidate Will Quickly:
- Develop professional relationships with Customers, Vendors, and                Company Team
- Build a knowledge base of each Customer’s business, organization,
   and applications.
