Associate Degree (minimum requirement)

Responsible for the installation, integration, testing, training and maintenance of Sage 100 Software and applicable business applications for CMS clients. Advocate for CMS clients, develop trust to ensure clients they are in the best hands possible.
Successful Candidate Duties and Responsibilities:
-Install and configure products on-site or remotely through web access technology.
-Work closely with the CMS Project Manager to orchestrate the testing, maintenance and enhancement phase for client implementations, add-on products and upgrades of existing installations.
-Ensure successful completion of your own and CMS team deliverables for client projects. Obtain a sign off from client.
-Collaborate with other CMS team members to integrate software into client environments.
-Design and implement training programs appropriate to the client’s needs.
-Identify, map, extract and transform data from a variety of sources using Crystal Report Writer, Microsoft Access, Excel or other available tools.
-Develop Sage 100 Intelligence Reports
-Team up with CMS consultants and third party software engineers to identify and implement enhancements to core product functionality.
-Consult with existing customers on specifications for new software development and maintaining existing installed and implemented software.
-Stay current on and learn new application development skills related to core software products (Sage 100).
-Liaising between client team and CMS team
