Computer Management Services offers an Annual Phone / Web Support Contract, which entitles you to unlimited support calls, web support, and e-mail support during the normal business hours of 8:30 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday on trained modules. This contract also includes an Annual Business Review Session to discuss and evaluate your current system and discuss any system enhancements you would like to implement.
By taking advantage of this support contract you would be able to have immediate response time on your support issues, as well as immediate access to our in-house support analyst.
